摘要
目的采用手机移动学习的模式培训及考核社区护士,分析其可行性。方法于2017年1月至2017年12月采取目的性抽样方法选取宿迁市三县两区具有代表性的社区医院,整群抽取5家社区医院共60名社区护士作为研究对象,分为传统教学组和手机移动学习组,每组30人,传统教学组采用集中面授的方法培训护士,手机移动学习组采用手机"护理助手"APP与微信平台结合的方法,培训及考核社区护士,比较两种教学方法培训后护士的理论知识、实践技能的考核成绩、培训满意度及培训参与率的差异。结果手机移动学习组护士的理论知识、实践技能考核成绩、对培训的满意度及培训参与率均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论手机移动学习的模式快速便捷,能够灵活自主地安排学习时间及地点,提高了教学双方的满意度及培训效果。
Objective The aim of this study is to explore the feasibility of m-learning for the training and assessment of nurses in community.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, the purposive sampling was adopted to select the representative community hospitals in three counties and two districts in Suqian. Totally 60 community nurses from 5 community hospitals were selected as the research subjects by using cluster sampling, who were divided into traditional teaching group and m-learning group equally. The nurses in traditional teaching group were trained with centralized face-to-face approach compared to the nurses in m-learning group combined with an application called Nursing Assistant with WeChat platform. The theoretical knowledge, performances of practical skills, satisfaction degree and the participation rate of the training of the two groups were compared.Results Nurses in community hospitals had better performance in theoretical knowledge, practical skills, satisfaction degree in every aspect and the participation rate of the training by using mobile phone learning method. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.01）.Conclusion With the advantages in convenience and flexibility, the training effect and the satisfaction degree of tutors and learners can be improved by m-learning, which is capable of arranging the timetable.
