摘要
目的:探讨溶血血液标本对多项生化检验结果的影响。方法:选择行健康体检的血液标本80份,在溶血前和溶血后分别进行14项生化项目测定,比较检测结果。结果:10项检验的生化指标在80份血液标本的溶血前、后均有明显的变化(P<0.05),例如直接胆红素、总胆红素、谷氨酰转移酶、总蛋白、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酐、尿酸等;仅有少数生化指标在血液溶血前、后没有发生明显变化(P>0.05),即甘油三酯、白蛋白、尿素、胆固醇。结论:对血液标本实施溶血处理后,会对血液中的多项生化指标产生影响,降低血液检测真实性、准确性与有效性。
Objective：To explore the influence of hemolytic blood samples on the results of muhiple biochemical tests.Methods：80 blood samples for physical examination were selected,and 14 biochemical items were measured before hemolysis and after hemolysis respectively,we compared the resuhs.Resuhs：The biochemical indicators of the 10 tests showed significant changes before and after hemolysis in 80 blood samples（P 〈 0.05）,such as direct bilirubin,total bilirubin,glutamyl transferase,total protein, aspartate transferase,alanine transferase,laetate dehydrogenase,ereatinine,urie acid and so on.Only a few biochemical indexes did not change significantly before and after hemolysis（P 〉 0.05）,such as triglyeeride,albumin,urea,eholesterohConelusion：Hemolysis treatment of blood samples will affect the blood biochemical indicators,reduce the authenticity,accuracy and effectiveness of blood tests.
