摘要
目的分析标本溶血对临床生化检验结果的影响。方法选取我院健康体检者25例的血液标本,每份分成两组,分置于两支试管,其中一支人工使其溶血,另外一支为正常采集的标本。结果生化指标的溶血标本和正常标本测量值差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论标本溶血会对诸多生化项目产生影响和干扰,要求医务工作者要规范操作,在工作中采取相应措施,才能避免发生标本溶血。
Objective The analysis of the effect of specimen hemolysis of clinical biochemical test results. Methods Select the hospital physical examination of 25 cases of blood specimen. Each was divided into two groups. Points on the two test tubes. One of the artificial hemolysis, another one for the specimens of normal collection. Results Biochemical indicators of hemolysis and normal specimens were measured values is very significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Specimen hemolysis affect many biochemical projects and interference, and make medical workers to standardize the operation, Take corresponding measures in the work to avoid specimen hemolysis.
