摘要
目的:探讨微创切开锁定钛板内固定治疗小儿股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:收治小儿股骨干骨折患者12例,给予微创切开锁定钛板内固定治疗,回顾分析手术时间、术中出血量、切口及骨折愈合、手术并发症情况。结果:手术时间40~70 min,出血10~20 mL。切口为甲级愈合。骨折愈合时间14~18周。所有患者远期效果为优。结论:微创切开锁定钛板内固定治疗小儿股骨干骨折的疗效显著,骨折愈合快。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive incision and locking titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children.Methods:12 cases of children with femoral shaft fracture were treated with minimally invasive incision and locking titanium plate internal fixation,the operation time,blood volume,incision and fracture healing and complications of the fracture were analyzed.Results:The operation time was 40 to 70 rain and the blood was 10 to 20 mL.The incision was grade A healing.The fracture healing time was 14 to 18 weeks.The long-term effect of all patients was excellent.Conclusion:Minimally invasive incision and locking titanium plate internal fixation was effective in treating femoral shaft fractures in children.
