摘要
目的:探讨关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例,均采用关节镜手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:与术前相比,患者术后1个月、6个月的Lysholm评分及关节活动度均显著提高(P<0.05),关节功能得到较好恢复。结论:关节镜手术治疗骨性关节炎可以改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods：60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected,they were all treated by arthroscopic surgery,we observed the therapeutic effect. Resuhs：Compared with pre-operation,the Lysholm score and the range of motion of the patients at 1 month and 6 months after operation were significantly increased（P〈 0.05）,the function of joint was recovered welhConclusion：Arthroscopic surgery for osteoarthritis can improve joint function and improve the quality of life of the knee.
