摘要
目的 观察关节镜探察清理联合腓骨近端截骨在膝关节骨关节炎的疗效.方法 我院自2014年~2016年将30例伴有膝关节内翻畸形的膝关节骨关节炎患者,采用关节镜探察清理联合腓骨近端截骨治疗.参照膝关节KSS评分的疼痛和功能评分(分优、良、可、差),评价其治疗效果.结果 按上述标准,优19例,良7例,可3例,差1例,优良率86.67%,本组29例患者术后膝关节内侧疼痛明显缓解,走路姿态较术前改变明显.结论 关节镜探察清理联合腓骨近端截骨可有效治疗伴有膝关节内翻畸形的膝关节骨关节炎.
Objective To observe the curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined probe proximal fibular osteotomy in knee osteoarthritis.Methods In our hospital from 2014~2016 to 30 cases with knee joint varus knee osteoarthritis patients,arthroscopic debridement combined probe proximal fibular osteotomy for the treatment of pain and function of knee joint.According to KSS score score(excellent,good,qualified,poor),to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results According to the above criteria,19 cases were excellent,7 cases good,3 cases were qualified,1 cases of poor,good rate of 86.67%,the group of 29 patients with medial knee pain was relieved,walking posture change significantly compared with the preoperative.Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined probe proximal fibular osteotomy is effective in the treatment of varus knee with osteoarthritis of the knee.
