摘要
目的研究金刚藤咀嚼片联合盆炎清栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法按照标准随机选取2017年1月—2018年1月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者50例进行分组研究,依据数字表法的分组方法分为2组,即对照组(25例)和治疗组(25例),对照组应用妇科盆炎清栓治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合金刚藤咀嚼片治疗,对2组临床疗效和不良反应进行观察和比较。结果对照组的治疗总有效率与治疗组的治疗总有效率比较,治疗组高于对照组,2组间差异存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗过程中2组均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论慢性盆腔炎采用金刚藤咀嚼片联合盆炎清栓治疗效果显著,安全可靠,值得作为临床首选治疗方案进行深度推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Jingangteng chewable tablet and pelvic inflammatory suppository in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 50 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the standard grouping method,with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pelvic inflammatory suppository. On the basis of this,the treatment group was treated with the combination of Jingangteng chewable tablets. The clinical curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion The Jingangteng chewable tablet and pelvic inflammatory suppository in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is remarkably effective,safe and reliable,and is worthy of further promotion as the first choice of clinical treatment.
