摘要
目的观察中医治疗妇科慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选择妇科慢性盆腔炎患者的96例,随机将患者分为两组,对照组(48例)予以常规西药治疗,观察组(45例)予以中医综合治疗,两组治疗期间均实施相同的护理措施,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的临床总有效率为97.9%,高于对照组的83.3%,P<0.05;对照组治疗后一年的复发率为25.0%,高于观察组的4.2%,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在妇科慢性盆腔炎的治疗中应用中医综合疗法并配合相关护理措施具有显著的治疗效果,且可减少复发,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and nursing method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 96 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （48 cases） received routine Western medicine treatment. The observation group （45 cases） was treated by traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The same nursing measures were implemented during the treatment. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.9 % , which was higher than 83.3 % in the control group （p 〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the control group was 25.0 % within one year after treatment, which was higher than 4.2 % of the observation group, and there was significant difference between the two groupsp 〈 0. 05. Conclusion In the treatment of gynecological chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, the application of TCM comprehensive therapy combined with relevant nursing measures has significant therapeutic effect, and can reduce the recurrence, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
