摘要
目的:探讨快速康复外科理念指导的中医护理在妇科手术患者围手术期中应用的效果。方法:将60例妇科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组在围手术期采用妇科常规的护理措施;观察组实施快速康复外科理念指导的中医护理模式。对比2组护理前后患者的心理状况(SDS、SAS评分)、首次排气、排便时间及下床活动、进食、住院时间及患者的主观护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后的SDS、SAS评分较护理前下降且低于同期的对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者术后首次排气、排便时间及下床活动、进食均较对照组快,住院时间亦短于对照组(t值分别为18.0605、4.1064、7.6659、21.5010和4.856,P均<0.01)。观察组患者的主观护理满意度较对照组高(Hc=21.7272,P<0.01)。结论:快速康复外科理念配合中医护理在妇科围手术期中的运用,可有效促进患者术后康复,提升护理满意度。
Objective： To study the traditional Chinese medical （TCM） nursing guided by fast-track surgery in perioperative period of gynecological surgery. Methods： A total of 60 patients with gynecological surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. In the perioperative period, the control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received TCM nursing guided by fast-track surgery. Psychology （SDS and SAS scores） in two groups of patients before and after nursing, first exhaust and defecation time, getting out of bed time, eating time, hostitalization time and patients＇ subjective satisfaction about nursing were compared. Results： SDS and SAS scores in the observation group after nursing decreased compared with before treatment and were lower than those in the same period of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） . After operation, first-exhaust time, first-defecation time, getting out of bed time, eating time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, and the hospitalization time was signfieantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） . Observation group of patients with subjective satisfaction about nursing was slgnficantly higher than that in the control group （Hc = 21.7272, P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion： TCM nursing guided by fast-track surgery can effectively promote the rehabilitation postoperative patients and improve nursing satisfaction in perioperative period of gynecological surgery.
