摘要
介绍了我国高等教育国际化的现状,论述了国际化背景下外语能力的重要性、新时期外语能力的要求以及培养外语能力的重要途径,包括合理设置校本特色的课程体系与教学目标,以教师为主导、学生为主体,充分发挥第二课堂的作用等,可为相关院校的管理者及外语教师提供参考或借鉴.
The paper introduces the current situation of the internationalization of Higher Education in China and then elaborates the significance of the foreign language competence, the requirements under the new era and the important routes to the foreign language competence cultivation, including the reasonable settings of the curriculums and teaching goals, taking advantage of both teachers＇ guiding role and students＇ principal role and making full use of extra-curriculum activities, which provides references or instructions for the university administrators and foreign language teachers.
