唐山三友氯碱有限责任公司烧碱生产能力为52万t/a,配套产生的大量氢气主要用于合成氯化氢。下游氯化氢用户调整负荷时,须调节氢气排空,以稳定离子膜压差。维持氢气压力稳定的方法有:设置单套独立输送工艺流程,设置基本保护连锁程序,减少氢气浪费,同时优化生产结构。给出了压力控制要点。
Caustic soda production capacity of Tangshan Sanyou Chlor - Alkali Co. , Ltd. is 520 thousand t/a. A large amount of hydrogen is produced and is mainly used for the synthesis of hydrogen chloride. When hydrogen chloride downstream users adjust their load, it is necessary to adjust the hydrogen emptying to stabilize pressure difference of the ionic membrane electrolysis device. The methods of keeping hydrogen pressure stable include setting up a single independent transportation process, setting up a basic interlock protection program, reducing hydrogen waste, and optimizing production structure. The key points of pressure control are also given.
