摘要
杭州清泰水厂压力式膜系统设计总净产水量30万m3/d,采用压力式中空纤维膜。通过对已经投运近4年的水厂长期运行效果的研究,总结了整个处理工艺的净水效果,膜系统运行中的电耗、药耗以及长期运行中跨膜压差、渗透率的变化,可为今后膜处理水厂的设计及运行提供参考。
The pressure-driven membrane system in Hangzhou Qingtai water plant adoptshollow fiber membrane and has a total designed water production capacity of 300 000 m3/d. Through the study on the long-term operational performance of the membrane system which has been put on for nearly four years, the water purification effect of the whole treatment process, the electricityand chemicals consumption in operation of the membrane system, and the changes of transmembrane pressure and permeability in long-term operation are summarized in this paper.
