摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法对苯甲酸钠中邻苯二甲酸进行分离,并测定其含量。方法:检测波长228 nm,流速1 m L/min,柱温50℃,色谱柱Wakopak,Handy ODS,250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm,进样量20μL,等度冲洗,分析时间40 min。采用外标法计算,该方法分离度高,邻苯二甲酸标准曲线线性关系好,回收率高,检测灵敏(检测限为0.47 mg/L,定量限为1.64 mg/L),可用于测定苯甲酸钠中的邻苯二甲酸含量。
Determination of phthalic acid in sodium benzoate is carried out by RP HPLC. Wavelength: 228 nm, flow rate: 1 m L/min, column temperature: 50 ℃,Chromatog-raphic column : Wakopak, Handy ODS, 250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm,sample size 20μL, isocratic elution, and the analysis duration is about 40 minutes. External standard method is applied based on peak area because the method is efficient in determination. The standard curve of phthalic acid has good linear relationship, high recovery and high sensitivity(LOD 0.47 mg/L, LOQ 1.64 mg/L). It can be used to determine the content of phthalic acid in sodium benzoate.
