口腔住院医师规范化培训人文教育的思考与实践 被引量:12

摘要 口腔住院医师规范化培训是现阶段口腔医学生成长为口腔医师的重要环节和必经之路,而医学人文教育是包括住院医师规范化培训在内的全部医学教育的基础与核心内容。口腔医学人文教育也是口腔毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,建构在临床医学人文教育框架内,又具有口腔专业特点。本文针对当前我国口腔医学人文教育的现状及存在的问题:口腔专业医学生培养模式缺乏人文教育;口腔医学人文教育课程设置比例低;口腔医学人文教育师资队伍力量薄弱、人文教育考核激励机制不健全等问题。在充分调研的基础上,结合口腔临床专业教学特点和中国人民解放军总医院口腔临床规范化培训人文教育教学实践经验,提出了有效的解决措施和方案路径:转变观念,强化医学人文教育意识;推进准入制,培养高素质的口腔医学人文师资队伍;借力平台资源,构建人文教育保障体系;拓展途径,建立人文执业能力和临床技能综合考评机制。通过这些实施方法,将有利于提高口腔医学生临床综合能力、医疗服务质量及构建和谐医患关系。 The Standardized residency training(SRT) of stomatology is a key step and the necessary path for oral medical students to become oral doctors at present stage. Medical humanistic education is the foundation and core of all medical education,which includes SRT. Oral medical humanistic education is also considered as an important part of oral graduate medical education, which is established in the framework of general medical humanistic education but embodied special characteristics of stomatology. This paper analyzes the current situations and existing problems of oral medical humanistic education, including lack of medical humanistic education in the training system of stomatological student, relatively lower proportion of curriculum in medical humanistic education of stomatology, inadequate capabilities and qualifications of stomatological teacher staff and imperfect incentive systems. To solve these problems, a series of effective measures and strategies were proposed on the basis of full investigations of the current situations, teaching characteristics of this specialty and practical experiences of medical humanistic education of Chinese PLA general hospital in SRT. The measures are as followed: change in opinions and strengthen the consciousness of medical humanistic education; set up the access system for teacher staff of medical humanistic education and build up teaching teams with high qualities;, construct the security systems for oral medical humanistic education based on the hospital’s resource platform; develop ways and approaches to establish comprehensive evaluation systems on residents’ abilities of humanistic practice and clinical skills. These measures may help to improve stomatological students’ comprehensive abilities on clinical practice, qualities of medical service and harmonious doctor-patient relationships.
