摘要
互联网的极速发展将使人类步入万物智能时代,图书馆需审时度势、谋求创新,才能与时俱进。文章首先分析了万物智能的发展趋势,简述现代信用积分制的发展,继而从理论研究与实践应用两个方面对读者积分制展开论述。理论方面,探讨了读者积分制的定义,实行读者积分制的意义及过程当中应注意的一些问题;实践方面,介绍了昆明理工大学、厦门大学图书馆读者积分制的应用情况。最后指出读者积分制尚处于起步摸索阶段,需要不断探索、改进以至完善、创新。
The rapid development of the Internet will enable humanity to step into universal intelligence times. Libraries need to examine the situation and seek innovation to advance with the times. The article first analyzes the development trend of universal intelligence,briefly describes the development of modern credit scoring system,and then discusses the reader point accumulation system from both theoretical research and practical application. In terms of theory,it explores the definition of the reader point accumulation system,the meaning of the implementation of the reader point accumulation system and some issues that should be noted in the process. In practice,the application of the reader point accumulation system in the libraries of Kunming University of Science and Technology,and Xiamen University,is introduced. Finally,it points out that the readers＇ point accumulation system is still at the initial stage of exploration and needs to be improved so as to innovate.
