摘要
对于耙吸挖泥船,在溢流筒中增设环保阀,可以有效减少空气进入溢流筒,从而减少溢流中的气泡含量。通过CFD数值模拟技术,比较有无环保阀的情况下溢流筒内部的气泡含量以及从舱底排出的气泡含量,确认设置环保阀的效果。同时,改变环保阀的闭合角度,研究角度对环保阀效果的影响。最后,进行初步观察试验,将数值模拟结果与试验得到的结果进行比较,验证数值模拟的准确性。
For the trailing suction hopper dredger(TSHD), a green valve setting in the overflow cylinder can effectively reduce the air entering the overflow cylinder, thus reducing the bubble content in the overflow. Through CFD simulation technology, the paper compares the air volume inside the overflow cylinder to that without green valve to confirm the effect of the green valve. Meanwhile it changes the closing angle of the green valve to analyze the effect of the closing angle. Finally, the preliminary observation experiment is carried out. The results of the experiment are compared with the numerical simulation results to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation.
