摘要 耙吸挖泥船是疏浚作业的主力船型,由于疏浚工程分布广,施工地区土质、海洋环境等条件的多样性,给工程初期对工期的准确估算十分困难,而工期直接关系到工程报价。文章针对工期,建立了一种疏浚工程工期的快速估算方法。通过对工作效率进行计算,考虑土质、水流流速等影响挖泥效率的环境因素,分析挖泥时间的构成,构建泥泵效率影响因素经验公式,并利用已有数据进行处理和验证。在此基础上,进行了敏感性分析,采用蒙特卡洛方法对工期进行了统计分析,验证了模型正确性。 Trailing suction hopper dredger is one of the most ship types in dredging industry. It is very difficult to predict the duration period(DP) of the dredging project because the diversity of the geological location, soil property and environmental conditions. The duration time directly determine the cost. This paper brings out a fast approximation approach, by calculating the production rate, considering the factors such as soil property, current speed and so on, analyzing the dredging time and building an empirical equation for pump efficiency. The results are processed and verified with the real project data. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis has been conducted. A monte-carlo simulation has been carried out in order to have a statistical analysis. The duration time calculated by the approach and statistical results are compared and validated.
