摘要
目的观察早期活动联合热按摩对腹部手术患者术后疼痛及胃肠功能的影响。方法将腹部手术患者98例随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组采用围术期常规干预措施,观察组在此基础上实行早期活动联合热按摩。比较2组患者的疼痛程度、胃肠功能恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组术后2 h、12 h及24 h疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后48 h疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、进食时间、腹胀消失时间及首次排便时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.02,P<0.05)。结论早期活动联合热按摩能有效减轻腹部手术患者的疼痛,缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,并减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of early activity combined with heat massage on pain and gastrointestinal function of patients with abdominal operation. Methods 98 cases of patients with abdominal operation were randomly divided into observation group（ 49 cases） and control group（ 49 cases）. The control group patients were treated with routine perioperative intervention,the observation group patients were treated with early activity combined with heat massage,the pain intensity,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the observation group at 2 h,12 h and 24 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups after 48 h（ P 〉0. 05）. The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of eating,the time of disappearance of abdominal distension and the time of first defecation were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The incidence of gastrointestinal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 5. 02,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The early activity combined with heat massage can efficiently relieve the pain of patients with abdominal operation,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and reduce the complications.
