摘要
目的观察自拟散瘀舒筋方熏洗联合中医按摩治疗踝关节扭伤的临床疗效及对患者症状与活动功能的影响。方法选取本院2016年1月—2018年1月间收治的96例踝关节扭伤患者作为研究资料,将入选患者均分后纳入对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取散瘀舒筋方熏洗联合中医按摩治疗;治疗一疗程后评估对比2组临床疗效,观察2组患者主要症状、关节疼痛程度、关节活动功能及踝关节活动角度的变化情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.83%,对照组为75.00%;观察组疗效总体水平优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后2组各项症状ASI评分均有所好转,组内比较P<0.05;治疗后观察组各项症状ASI评分均优于对照组,组间比较P<0.05。治疗后2组VAS、活动度与活动功能均有所好转,组内比较P<0.05;治疗后观察组上述各指标均优于对照组,组间比较P<0.05。结论散瘀舒筋方熏洗联合中医按摩治疗踝关节扭伤的临床疗效理想、确切,可有效缓解主要症状与疼痛程度、改善关节活动度,值得于临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and the effect of comprehensive method of eliminating stasis to soothe tendon and fumigation on the patients＇ symptoms and activity function in the treatment of ankle sprain. Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to January 2016, 96 patients with ankle sprain were selected as research materials. The selected patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional method, and the observation group adopted eliminating stasis to soothe tendon prescription and fumigation combined with massage therapy. After a course of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the main symptoms, joint pain degree, joint activity function and ankle joint activity angle were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.83% and 75.00%. The overall effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group P 〈 0. 05. The ASI scores of the two groups were improved after treatment P 〈 0.05. After treatment, the ASI score of the observation group was better than the control group P 〈 0.05. After treatment, VAS, activity and activity function of both groups improved P 〈 0. 05. After treatment, all the above indicators were superior to the control group P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The eliminating stasis to soothe tendon prescription and fumigation combined with massage therapy has ideal and precise clinical curative effect, can effectively relieve the main symptoms and the degree of the pain, improve joint mobility, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
