摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析踝关节扭伤中药熏洗处方的用药规律。方法收集1989年1月至2015年2月中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库收录文献中治疗踝关节扭伤的中药熏洗处方,分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、性味归经及药物之间的关联规则。结果使用频次前3位的分别是红花、透骨草、伸筋草。四气频次依次为温性536次、平性167次、凉性46次、寒性58次、热性16次。五味频次依次为辛味532次、苦味457次、甘味214次、咸味73次、酸味50次、淡味7次、涩味3次。归经频次依次为肝经649次、脾经341次、肾经280次、心经263次、膀胱经117次、胃经113次、肺经102次、大肠经69次、心包经55次、胆经52次、小肠经10次、三焦经10次。按照药物组合出现频次由高到低排序,前3位分别是"红花,透骨草""红花,伸筋草""没药,乳香"。根据同现关系,将中药之间的关联规则用网络视图方式展示,其中居于网络图中间的没药、乳香、当归、伸筋草等均为临床熏洗治疗踝关节扭伤最常用中药。结论踝关节扭伤熏洗常用的药物以活血化瘀药、祛风湿药、发散风寒药为主,治法主要是活血化瘀、祛风湿舒筋活络。药物四气的分布以温、平为主,五味的分布以辛、苦、甘为主。药物归经的分布以肝、脾、肾为主。红花、透骨草、伸筋草、乳香、没药、当归、川芎、苏木、海桐皮、威灵仙是临床中药熏洗治疗踝关节扭伤常用的核心药物。
Objective： To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions of fumigation for ankle sprain with Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance system. Methods： Collecting the herbal prescriptions of fumigation for ankle sprain from papers,from January 1989 to February 2015,in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases then the data were entered into TCMISS. The frequency,the distribution of nature and flav.or,the meridian entry distribu- tion and the composition principles of Chinese medicines occurrence in these recipes were analyzed. Results： Based on the analysis of 106 herbal prescriptions ,the frequency ,the distribution of nature and flavor, the meridian entry, distribution and the composition principles of Chinese medicines occurrence in these recipes were deter- mined. Conclusion： Chinese medicines for sprain mainly consist of blood-activating and stasis-resolving medici- nal and wind-cold-dispersing medicinal. The method of treatment for ankle sprain also includes activating blood and resolving stasis,dispelling wind-dampness-cold and relieving pain. The nature distributions of herbs are mainly consisted of warm and neutral. The flavor distributions of herbs are mainly consisted of pungency,bitter- ness, sweetness. The meridian entry distributions of herbs are mainly consisted of liver meridian, spleen meridian and kidney meridian. Carthamus tinctorius, Herba Clematidis Intricatae, Lycopodium japonicum Thunb, Boswellia carteri, Commiphora molmol, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Caesalpiniac eae, cortex erythriniae, and Clematis chinensis Osbeck are the core herbs used in the treatment for ankle sprain in fumigation.
