摘要
目的:观察弹性固定配合正骨理筋手法治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床疗效。方法:对本院就诊的114例急性外踝韧带损伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各57例,观察组给予正骨理筋手法+弹性固定,对照组给予冰袋外敷+弹性固定,两组均2周为1疗程;分别对两组治疗前后JOA评分、临床疗效进行比较。结果:对照组在前足部变形、后足部变形方面与治疗前相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);余和治疗组均较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优良率为85.14%,对照组总有效率为54.39%,与对照组相比较,优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:弹性固定配合正骨理筋手法治疗急性踝关节扭伤符合现代医学骨伤科治疗理念,临床疗效满意,方法可靠,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of elastic fixation combined with bone-setting manipulation for the treatment of acute ankle sprain,and explore the mechanism.Methods：114 cases of acute lateral malleolus injury patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 57 cases in each group.The experimental group was given the bone setting manipulation and elastic fixation,while the control group was given ice bag external application and elastic fixation.2 weeks for 1 course for both groups.The JOA score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：Compared with before treatment,the control group had no significant difference in the deformation of the front foot and the rear foot（P〈0.05）.As with the treatment group,the other indexes were significantly different than before treatment.The excellent rate of the experimental group was 85.14%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 54.39%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Conforming to the modern orthopedics treatment idea,elastic fixation combined with orthopedic manipulation has satisfactory clinical curative effect and high compliance of the patients in the treatment of acute ankle sprain,and is worthy of promotion.
