摘要
目的探究茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤在冠心病患者中的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院在2015年12月—2017年12月收治的120例冠心病患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表的方式将患者分为对照组60例,实验组60例。对照组患者给予常规西药进行治疗,实验组患者在常规西药治疗基础上加茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤进行治疗,并对2组患者的心电图改善情况、血脂变化情况以及中医症状评分进行比较。结果实验组患者的心电图改善情况、血脂变化情况以及中医症状评分均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在冠心病患者的临床治疗当中给予茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤治疗可以有效的改善患者的心电图情况,起到降血脂的作用,更好的缓解临床症状,因此值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao decoction in treating coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group （ n = 60） and experimental group （ n = 60）. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao decoction on the basis of routine western medicine. The improvement of electrocardiogram, the changes of blood lipid and the score of TCM symptom were compared. Results The improvement of electrocardiogram of the patients, the changes of blood lipids and the scores of TCM symptoms of the experimental group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao decoction in treating coronary heart disease can improve electrocardiogram, play the role of lowering blood lipid, better alleviate clinical symptoms, so it is worth popularizing.
