摘要
本文介绍了山西焦煤霍州煤电集团回坡底煤矿加强地面洗煤厂储煤仓的瓦斯防治情况,针对传统风机挡板、阀门控制风量的调节技术进行了优化改造,提出了变频控制风机转速的技术方案,风机可根据生产具体要求进行自动化调频调速,经实际应用后,不仅降低了能耗而且还减轻了工人的劳动强度,效果显著。
Coal Washing Plant of Huipodi Coal Mine ,Shanxi Huozhou Coking Coal Power Fenhe Coking Coal Co., LTD. strengthened gas prevention and control of ground coal storage bunker bottom coal mine, optimized the traditional fan baffe and valve control air volume adjustment technology, and puts forward the technology of frequency conversion fan speed control scheme. As the fan frequency modulation and speed control can be changed according to the specifc requirements of the production automation, after the actual application, it not only reduces the energy consumption but also reduces the labor intensity of workers, and the effect is remarkable.
