摘要
针对某公司330 MW机组制粉系统耗电量、磨损量过大的问题,开展排粉风机设计、选型、改造工作,并通过试验测试验证了改造后的节能效果。结果表明,风机改造提高了风机效率,降低了厂用电率,经济效益显著。
Aiming at problems of excessive energy consumption and wear loss in pulverizing system of 330 MW unit in a company,the design, selection and modification of powder exhaust fan are carried out, and the energy saving effect is testified by tests. Results show that the fan efficiency is improved by fan modification and the auxiliary power consumption rate is reduced which had significant economic benefit.
