摘要
新教师资格证"国考"实施对高师院校公费定向师范生培养提出严峻挑战,师范教育课程内容及授课形式需要适应国考对师范生理论与实践能力的要求。湖南第一师范学院小学语文教学设计课程利用SPOC平台优势,切合"考纲"紧扣"设计"优化课程知识体系;通过"翻转教学"促进课程理论认知和理解;采取"学训结合"加强学生实践能力培养,以促进教师基本素养、教学设计能力以及教育教学综合实践能力的提升。
The implementation of the National Exam for Teachers' Qualification poses a severe challenge to the cultivation of the normal students sponsored by the government oriented to rural areas. The contents and forms of teachers' training curriculum need to meet the requirements of the national examination on the theoretical and practical ability of normal university students. The "Primary Chinese Teaching Design" course of Hunan First Normal University utilizes the advantages of the SPOC platform, meets the "study outline" and closely links the "design" to optimize course knowledge system. "Flipped teaching" is applied to promote the cognition and understanding of the teaching theory. "Combination of learning and training" strengthens students' practical ability.
