摘要
缘起于西方的协商民主理论是对西方选举民主的有益补充,在我国协商民主已经成为中国特色社会主义民主政治的重要组成部分,双周协商座谈会作为我国政协协商的有效实践形式,拓宽了协商民主理论的实践渠道。双周协商座谈会可以追溯到1950年,经历社会主义建设时期的发展变迁和文革时期的中断,并在新时代成功重启开幕,并在协商民主理论的指引下有新的实践发展,为新时代建设社会主义现代化强国贡献协商智慧。
The theory of deliberative democracy originating from the west is a beneficial subsidy to the electoral democracy in the west. In China, deliberative democracy has become an important part of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. As an effective form of consultation in the CPPCC, the two-week Consultative Forum has broadened the practice channels of the theory of deliberative democracy. The hi-weekly Consultative Forum can be traced back to 1950, which experienced the development and changes of the socialist construction period and the interruption of the Cultural Revolution period, and successfully reopened in the new era. Under the guidance of the theory of deliberative democracy, it has new practical development and contributes consultative wisdom to the construction of a modem socialist power in the new era.
