摘要
结合现代化城市建设中土木工程管理人才缺乏现状,从管理人员安全意识、专业能力、施工中所用材料质量监管力度、施工现场调配能力等方面,对土木工程管理的现状与问题进行了详细分析,并提出了针对性的改进策略,以保证工程建设的质量与安全。
Combining with the current situation of the lack of civil engineering management personnel in modern urban construction,the status quo and problems of the former civil engineering management were analyzed in detail from the aspects of safety awareness,professional competence,supervision of materials used in construction,and deployment capabilities at the construction site. And put forward targeted improvement strategies to ensure the quality and safety of project construction.
