摘要
创业活动是一个经济体能否保持持续发展的核心力量。而外经贸类大学生创新创业活动较为活跃。本文采用理论驱动案例的研究方法,在创业认知理论基础上,选取18位外经贸类大学生创业历程作为研究对象,归纳大学生创业失败—恢复过程,该过程核心为＂创业者—失败恢复—认知＂之间的互动关系,具体包含两个机制：一是内在机制围绕＂正向心理资本—创业者—重新识别商机＂之间的逻辑关系;二是外在机制围绕＂心理安全感—建言行为—创业认知的提升＂。两者均在经历了＂失败—反思—重振＂心理过程后,最终成功。从而归纳出外经贸类大学生创业失败恢复过程模型,揭示了正向心理资本因素与群体认知因素的角色作用,对创业失败恢复研究具有启示意义。
Entrepreneurial activity is the core strength for an economy to maintain its sustainable develop-ment.Foreign trade students are more active than most of others in this activity.In this paper,based on the theory driven case study,and the theory of entrepreneurial cognition,this paper selects the entrepreneuri-al course of 18 Foreign Economy and trade college students as the research object,and sums up the process of failure and recovery of College Students＇ entrepreneurship.The core of this process is the interactive rela-tionship between ＂entrepreneurs-failure recovery-cognition＂,including two mechanisms：first,the internal mechanism surrounding the logical relationship between ＂positive psychological capital-entrepreneurs-reidentifying business opportunities＂;Second,external mechanisms revolve around ＂psychological security-constructive behavior-promotion of entrepreneurial cognition ＂.Thus,the model of the recovery process of foreign economic and Trade College Students ＇entrepreneurial failure is summed up,and the role of positive psychological capital factors and group cognitive factors is revealed,which is of enlightenment to the study of the recovery of entrepreneurial failure.
