摘要
针对传统库仑滴定法测定高硫矿物全硫含量测量误差较大,精密度较差的现象,进行测试和分析,查找出相关原因。通过优化库仑测硫仪气路结构、合理设置样品粒度和取样量、调整库仑测硫仪的燃烧时间、选择高效的催化剂、采取多元校正曲线模型等方式改进测试方法。改进后的方法对硫含量在10%~35%的常见矿物具有良好的精密度和准确度,试验数据RSD<1.20%,RE<1.50%,满足日常检验需求。
In view of the phenomenon that the traditional coulomb titration method is with a large measurement error and poor precision for the determination of total sulfur in the high-sulfur minerals, the related reasons were found out through test and analysis. The method was improve by means of optimizing the gas path structure of the coulomb sulfur analyzer, setting up reasonable sample particle size and sampling amount, adjusting the burning time, selecting high efficient catalyst, adopting multivariate calibration curve model, etc. The improved method is with good precision and accuracy for common minerals with sulfur contents of 10%-35%, and the test data RSD〈1.20%, RE〈1.50 %, It can met the daily inspection requirements.
