摘要 RNA干扰(RNA interference, RNAi)分子机制是由双链RNA(dsRNA)介导的转录后基因沉默机制,是挖掘基因功能的现代分子工具。RNAi技术在陆生甲壳类生物、蟹类的基因组研究方面得到广泛应用。在虾类研究中,RNAi技术挖掘和研究其免疫、生长发育、蜕皮等相关基因和信号通路方面取得成果显著,然而,具体RNAi分子机制不够明确。该文从免疫、生长发育、蜕皮等三个方面综述当前研究进展,并展望了RNAi技术在虾类中应用前景,为今后研究虾类基因功能和信号通路网络调控提供参考,更为开发出高效药物应用虾类养殖提供理论参考。 RNA interference (RNAi) is a post-transcriptional gene silencing mechanism mediated by dou ble-stranded RNA (dsRNA), and is modern molecular tool for mining gene function. RNAi technology has been widely used in the genome research of terrestrial crustaceans and crabs. In shrimp research, the technique of RNAi has achieved significant results in mining and studying its immune, growth and development, molting and other related genes and signal pathways. However, the molecular mechanism of RNAi is not clear enough. This paper reviews the current research progress in the aspects of immunity, growth and development, and ecdysis,and looks forward to the application prospect of RNAi technology in shrimps, which provides a reference for studying the gene function and signal pathway network regulation of shrimps in the future. Furthermore, it provides a theoretical reference for the development of high-efficiency drugs applied to shrimp culture.
