摘要
近年来,随着人们生活质量水平的提高,葡萄酒行业发展飞速。同时一些不法分子为了谋取利益,不顾企业的信誉和消费者的生命安全开始酒类造假。为了维护葡萄酒市场的经济秩序和消费者的生命安全,必须集成现代物联网技术,建立质量安全追溯体系,真实、准确、科学、系统地记录生产销售过程的质量安全信息,实现葡萄酒质量安全顺向可追踪、逆向可溯源、风险可管控,发生质量安全问题时产品可召回、原因可查清、责任可追究,切实落实质量安全主体责任,保障葡萄酒质量安全。
In recent years, the rapid development of grape wine industry has tempted offenders into fake wine production, which seriously damages the reputation of wineries and consumers’life. In order to safeguard the normal grape wine market order and meet consumers’safety needs, IoT-based grape wine quality traceability system must be set up, which could record the quality safety information of wine products in the process of production and sales truly, accurately, scientifically and systematically. The use of such system could achieve forward/reverse traceability and risk control of wine quality. In case of wine quality accidents, the allback of wine products could be implemented immediately and the reasons and the responsibilities could be traced. （Trans. by YUE Yang）
