北京鸭关节炎病例的细菌分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 从表现为关节炎症状的北京鸭体内分离到23株细菌,通过16S rDNA测序鉴定,确定分离株分别属于葡萄球菌、棒状杆菌和大肠杆菌,另有一株球菌尚不明分类地位。药物敏感试验结果显示,阿莫西林、阿米卡星等对分离菌具有较好的抑菌作用,而氟苯尼考、阿奇霉素等抑菌效果较差。选取12个代表菌株进行动物试验,结果表明分离菌单独对肉鸭没有明显致病作用,说明这些细菌可能仅作为条件性致病菌存在于鸭场环境中。 23 bacterial strains were isolated fi'om white Pekin ducks with arthritis rDNA sequencing, the isolated strainswere identified to belong to staphylococcus, symptoms. By corynebacteria escherichia colirespectively, except one unclassified coccus. Drug sensitivity test showed that most of bacterial strains were sensitive to amoxicillin, amikacin but resistant to florfenicol, azithromycin. representative strains were tested by ducks challenge but no obviouspathogenic effect was found suggests that the tested strains maybe just opportunistic pathogens exist in the duck houses. 16S and the 12 It suggests that the tested strains maybe just opportunistic pathogens exist in the cluck houses.
