摘要
为了解决民用飞机全动平尾在后机身大开口的密封问题,在分析平尾翼根整流罩在密封、刚度、装配、维护等方面要求的基础上,设计了一种平尾翼根整流罩结构。该整流罩采用复合材料整体式夹层结构,前缘迎风面设计有导流条,其余部位通过橡胶密封件实现密封。最后用对平尾翼根整流罩的强度分析及试验,证明该复合材料平尾翼根整流罩结构方案是可行的。
Regarding the big open hole sealing problem in the after fuselage caused by the stabilator of civil aircraft, after analyzing the requirement of horizontal stabilizer root fairing in terms of sealing, stiffness, assembly, maintenance etc, a certain type of root fairing is designed. The root fairing is an integrated composite sandwich structure, the guide plate is fixed in the leading edge, rubber sealant is adopted in other areas to meet the sealing requirement. At the same time, strength analysis and test is completed to validate the root fairing structure, which indicates that the configuration of this certain root fairing structure is feasible.
