摘要
爱丽丝学校是美国较早设立小学生"沉浸式"对外汉语项目的一所国际语言学校,在"沉浸式"对外汉语项目教学实践中取得了成绩。但是该项目在课堂教学管理、教学设计、汉语课程评估、考试体系、汉语和英语教师的工作配合以及汉语教师队伍建设的六个环节上,仍然存在一些问题。"沉浸式"对外汉语教师应尽快调整自己,适应文化差异,根据不同的实际情况,探索这些问题的解决办法,积极与校方沟通,不断提高教学效果,促进"沉浸式"对外汉语项目的持续发展,实现自己肩负的使命。
Alice is a world language school which utilizes immersion methods in teaching elementary students Chinese language in USA very early.The program has already made some achievements.However,there are still problems in teaching management,teaching design,Chinese curriculum evaluation,exam system,cooperation between Chinese and English teachers,and Chinese faculty construction.Chinese immersion teachers are faced with these problems and try to figure them out according to the different and actual situation.Therefore,they should adjust themselves to adapt to the cultural differences as soon as possible.They also need to communicate with American teachers and principals positively to promote the sustainable development of Chinese immersion program and realize their missions finally.
