摘要
人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源,是创新的根基和核心要素;人才又产生于教育,建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程。新时代,我国必须在科教兴国、人才强国战略上有新的举措,推进教育公平,培养更多的具有广泛兴趣、掌握合作技能、共享平台工具、学会自主学习等的高素质、高质量人才。
Human resource is of strategic importance to realizing national rejuvenation and gaining initiative in international competition; it is the foundation and core element of innovation. As quality human resource is cultivated through education, reinvigorating China through education is thus a fundamental project in the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the new era, China must take new measures in endeavors of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening China through human resource development. It is essential to promote education fairness, train more skilled and qualified talents with broad interests, cooperation skills, shared learning-platform tools, and ability of independent learning.
