摘要
目的研究外周血清miRNA-210与新生儿窒息早期脑损伤的关系。方法选取2016年7月~2017年12月我院新生儿科收治的窒息新生儿40例为观察组,选取同期于我院出生的健康新生儿30例为对照组。将观察组患儿按照阿氏评分(Apgar)分为重度窒息组12例与轻度窒息组28例。此外,将观察组患儿根据是否存在脑损伤分为脑损伤组15例与非脑损伤组25例。分别对各组新生儿血清中的miRNA-210表达水平进行检测,并比较观察组和对照组、重度窒息组与轻度窒息组、脑损伤组与非脑损伤组的血清miRNA-210水平。结果观察组新生儿血清miRNA-210表达水平为4.19±0.37,明显高于对照组的1.10±0.12,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度窒息组新生儿血清miRNA-210表达水平为6.07±0.33,明显高于轻度窒息组的3.49±0.27,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑损伤组新生儿血清miRNA-210表达水平为6.22±0.37,明显高于非脑损伤组的4.02±0.30,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窒息新生儿外周血清miRNA-210呈明显高表达,且随着新生儿窒息程度的逐渐加剧,其表达水平不断升高,且与早期脑损伤存在密切相关。
Objective To study the relationship between peripheral blood serum miRNA-210 andneonatal asphyxia early brain injury and analyze it. Methods 40 cases of neonatal asphyxia in ourhospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study group, and 30 healthy newborns bornin our hospital in the same period were recorded as the control group.The children in the study group weredivided into 12 patients with severe asphyxia and 28 patients with mild asphyxia.In addition, the childrenof the study group were divided into 15 cases of brain injury and 25 cases of non-brain injury.Separatelyfor each group of neonatal serum miRNA-210 expression level, and compare the research group and thecontrol group, the severe asphyxia group with mild asphyxia group, brain injury and brain injury group, thelevel of serum miRNA-210. Results The expression level of serum mirna-210 in the study group was4.19±0.37, which was significantly higher than the control group 1.10±0.12, and the difference betweengroups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The expression level of serum miRNA-210 in neonateswith severe asphyxia group was 6.07±0.33, which was significantly higher than the mild asphyxia group3.49±0.27, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The expression levelof neonatal serum mirna-210 in the brain injury group was 6.22±0.37, which was significantly higher thanthe non-brain injury group 4.02±0.30, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression level of miRNA-210 in the peripheral blood of asphyxiatednewborn was obviously high, and the expression level of neonatal asphyxia was increased, and it wasclosely related to the early brain injury.
