摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠+甲基泼尼松+阿奇霉素方案对支原体肺炎患者的疗效。方法:收集间在本院接受治疗的支原体肺炎患者88例,按照随机数表法分为A组(口服阿奇霉素)、B组(口服阿奇霉素+甲基泼尼松)、C组(口服阿奇霉素+孟鲁司特钠)、D组(口服孟鲁司特钠+甲基泼尼松+阿奇霉素),均持续治疗1周。对比4组的治疗效果、全身炎症反应及应激反应的差异。结果:治疗1周后,D组的治疗总有效率高于A、B、C组,B、C组的治疗总有效率分别高于A组(P<0.05);D组血清中炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、皮质醇(COR)、丙二醛(MDA)、晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPP)的含量低于A、B、C组,B、C组血清中CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、COR、MDA、AOPP的含量分别低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:支原体肺炎患者接受孟鲁司特钠+甲基泼尼松+阿奇霉素方案治疗,可显著提升治疗效果并抑制患者全身炎症反应及应激反应。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium ＋ methylprednisolone＋ azithromycin therapy for patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods：A total of 88 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital between July 2015 and June 2017 were collected and divided into group A（oral azithromycin）,group B（oral azithromycin＋ methylprednisolone）,group C（oral azithromycin＋ montelukast sodium）and group D（oral montelukast sodium ＋ methylprednisolone＋ azithromycin）,and they were continuously treated for 1 week.The differences in therapeutic effect,systemic inflammatory response and stress response were compared among the four groups of patients.Results：After 1 week of treatment,the overall response rate of group D was higher than that of group A,group B and group C,and the overall response rates of group B and group C were higher than that of group A respectively（P〈0.05）;serum inflammatory factors C-reactive protein（CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factorα（TNF-α）,cortisol（COR）,malondialdehyde（MDA）and advanced oxidation protein product（AOPP）levels of group D were lower than those of group A,group B and group C,and serum CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,COR,MDA and AOPP levels of group B and group C were lower than those of group A respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Montelukast sodium ＋ methylprednisolone＋ azithromycin therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and inhibit the systemic inflammatory and stress response in patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.
