摘要
目的探讨帕金森病患者嗅觉功能改变及其与病程、病情和年龄的关系以及可能对帕金森病诊断的价值。方法选取我院2014年3月~2017年8月帕金森病住院患者41例为病例组,选择同期住院患者健康家属41例为对照组,应用简易嗅觉测定的方法分别对病例组和对照组进行嗅觉功能进行评估,比较两组的嗅觉功能,分析年龄,病程,Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分级与嗅觉的相关性。结果病例组嗅觉障碍的发生率为85.36%,高于对照组26.82%,统计学意义显著(P<0.01);在Hoehn-Yahr分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级嗅觉障碍发生率高于Ⅳ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其与年龄、病程无关(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病患者存在嗅觉功能异常,其与病程、年龄无关,与病情相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of olfactory function in patients with Parkinson＇s disease and their relationship with disease course, condition and age,and the value of possible diagnosis of Parkinson＇s disease.Methods A total of 41 hospitalized patients with Parkinson＇s disease from March 2014 to August 2017 were selected as the case group.41 healthy family members of the same period were selected as the control group.The simple olfactory measurement method was used to control the case group and the control group.The olfactory function was evaluated,the olfactory function of the two groups was compared,and the age,duration of disease,Hoehn-Yahr（H-Y）grading and olfactory correlation were analyzed.Results The incidence of olfactory disturbance in the case group was 85.36%,which was higher than that in the control group 26.82%,the statistical significance was significant（P〈0.01）;the incidence of olfactory disturbance in Hoehn-Yahr grade I^II was higher than that in grade IV,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;it was not related to age and duration（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Patients with Parkinson＇s disease have abnormal olfactory function,which is not related to the course of disease and age,and is related to the condition.
