摘要
目的:探讨骨科两种侧卧位安置方法在人工髋关节置换中的应用对比。方法:将128例人工髋关节置换患者按麻醉单所记录的时间顺序随机分为对照组和试验组各64例,对照组采用常规安置用具及传统方法摆放,试验组通过改良安置用具及术中舒适体位护理,对比手术医生对手术野暴露、体位安置的满意度、两组患者侧卧位摆放时间及受压肢体麻木感觉发生率。结果:医生对试验组患者术中手术野暴露及体位安置满意率及满意评分值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组体位摆放时间短于对照组,受压肢体麻木感觉患者比例少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改进后的骨科侧卧位体位摆放能节省人力,方便医生操作、充分暴躁视野、提升满意度、节省摆放时间、减少体位不当造成的术后并发症,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the application of two lateral placement methods in orthopedics in artificial hip joint replacement.Method:A total of 128 patients with artificial hip joint replacement were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the time sequence recorded in the anesthesia list.The control group was placed by conventional placement equipment and traditional methods.The experimental group was improved by placement and intraoperative.The patients' satisfaction with field exposure and postural placement,the time of lateral position placement and the incidence of numbness of the compressed limbs were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction rate and satisfactory score of surgical field exposure and postural placement in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05).The time of postural placement in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the proportion of the patients with numbness of the compressed limbs was less than that in the control group (P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P 〉 0.05).Conclusion:The improved orthopedic lateral position placement can save manpower,facilitate doctors' operation,fully violent vision, improve satisfaction,save time and reduce postoperative complications caused by improper position.It is worth promoting.
