摘要
随着国民经济不断提升,市场经济不断的发展和变化,尤其是近年"放管服"改革的深度推进,国家对企业安全生产的监督和市场秩序的维护都提出了更高、更加规范的要求。"双随机一公开"信息管理系统可以使抽查监督工作更加科学化、信息化,在减少资源投入的同时提高监管效率,为促进经济社会持续健康发展做出新贡献。文章结合实际需求,设计了"双随机一公开"信息管理系统,主要从设计思路、需求分析、功能模块等方面进行了具体阐述。
with the continuous promotion of the national economy and the continuous development and change of the market economy, especially in recent years, the reform of ＂tube clothing＂ has been deeped. The state has put forward higher and more standardized requirements for the supervision of enterprise safety production and the maintenance of the market order. The ＂ Two random selections and one informational publicity ＂ information management system can make the inspection and supervision work more scientific and informational. It can reduce the investment of resources and improve the efficiency of supervision, so as to make new contributions to the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society. This article combines actual needs, designed a ＂ Two random selections and one informational publicity ＂ information management system, mainly from the design ideas, needs analysis, functional modules and other aspects of the specific elaboration.
