摘要
针对消防技术服务机构存在的管理机制不健全、硬件条件不足、执业人员素质不高等问题,结合工作实践,研发消防技术服务系统。系统可以运用信息化手段规范消防技术服务机构的执业管理;可以开展"双随机"抽查,加强消防技术服务行业的自律。系统对于严格规范消防技术服务机构的执业活动、提升消防技术机构的服务质量,建立常态化的社会消防技术服务管理机制具有重要意义。
Based on the problems of imperfect management mechanism, lack of hardware conditions and low quality of personnel existing in social fire technical service organizations, combined with work practice, the fire technical service system was developed. The system could standardize the practice management of fire technical service institutions by means of information technology, and could carry out ＂double random＂ spot check to strengthen the self- discipline of fire technical service industry.The system played an important role in strictly regulating the practicing activities of fire technical service institutions, improving the service quality, and establishing a normalized social fire technical service management mechanism.
