摘要
天麻是传统名贵中药,收载于《中国药典》(2015年版一部),临床多用于治疗头痛目眩,肢体麻木等症,具有保护神经、镇静催眠、增强免疫力等药理学作用。巴利森苷(parishin)是天麻的主要活性成分之一,不仅含量高,且衍生产物多样,并具有改善记忆、抗抑郁等药理作用。本文从化学结构命名与结构解析方面对巴利森苷的研究进展进行综述,为天麻中新的巴利森苷类化合物的发现及规范命名提供借鉴。
The rhizomes of Gastrodia elata Blume,used under the name of Tianma, have long been used as a traditional Chinese medicine. This drug is prescribed for the treatment of headaches, dizziness and convulsion. It is said to have benefieial properties for expelling all kinds of toxins, enhancing strength, and improving the circulation and the memory. Previous phytoehenfieal investigations found that parishins and gastrodin were the major constituents of this plant. Some papers have reported the research progresses on gastrodin,however papers on parishin were few. Recent studies on Tianma found that parishins is a class of active ingredients and the content is high. Its pharmacological activity was mainly focused on memory improvement and anti -depression. In this paper, we reviewed the progress on structure analysis based on NMR and MS technology. A more systematic atom nomenclature for parishins is proposed for the description of the structure. The proposed nomenclature was aimed to provide references for further discovery and nomenclature of parishins.
