摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈及数理统计等方法,对苏南地区健身场馆团课健身教练中的女性人群现状进行调查分析。结果发现:(1)女性团课健身教练人群的年轻化现象凸显,从业时间普遍不长,学历多在本科及以上;(2)女性团课健身教练主要来自各大体育院校及中国健美(操)协会/莱美操课体系的短期职业资格认证培训,但半数以上人员入职后较少参加行业内部的职业技能培训;(3)女性团课健身教练的从业动机主要是薪酬收入高和容易就业,半数以上从未参加过任何市级以上的健身健美操比赛;(4)供职机构少、课时量过高或过低均不利于维持女性团课健身教练的从业稳定性;(5)女性团课健身教练从业稳定性下降的因素之一是私营健身企业未积极履行员工维度的社会责任;(6)频繁更换供职单位对女性团课健身教练的从业稳定性不利。
To investigate and analysis the status of female fitness trainers of team curriculum in South Jiangsu by using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics. Results:( 1) The phenomenon of female fitness trainers was more prominent,with less time and more academic qualifications;( 2) Female fitness trainers mainly come from major sports colleges and short-term vocational qualification certification training,but more than half of them were less involved in vocational skills training;( 3) Female fitness trainers' motivation was mainly high salary and easy employment,and half of them had never participated in aerobics competitions at any municipal level or above;( 4) Fewer institutions,higher or lower class hours were not conducive to maintaining the stability of female fitness trainers;( 5) One of the reasons for the decline in the stability of female fitness trainers' jobs might be private fitness companies' failing to fulfill their social responsibilities;( 6) Frequent replacement of fitness enterprises was unfavorable for female fitness trainers' employment stability.
