摘要
目的调查天津市临终关怀事业发展受阻的原因,并根据原因提出相应对策。方法抽取共计300位天津市居民及四家医院的医务人员为调查对象,采用问卷及实地考察的形式进行调查。结果关于临终关怀的宣传较少、传统孝道观的限制、大众未能树立科学死亡观及机构缺乏资金支持及法律保障这五点共同导致了天津市临终关怀工作面临当前困境的局面。结论可采取多途径宣传临终关怀、开展善终教育、重视生死教育及立法等途径,走出当前发展困境。
Objective： To investigate the reasons for the hindered development of hospice care in Tianjin, and to provide corresponding countermeasures according to the reasons.Methods： A total of 300 residents in Tianjin and medical staffs in four hospitals were selected as the subjects. Questionnaire and field visit were used to conduct a survey. Results： The five points, such as the low publicity of hospice care, the limitation of traditional filial piety, the failure of the public to establish scientific concept of death, and the lack of financial support and legal guarantee for institutions, had led to the situation of the current dilemma of hospice care in Tianjin. Conclusion： It can take the approaches of publicizing hospice care in many ways, carrying out good death education and attaching importance to life and death education and legislation, to walk out of the current development dilemma.
