摘要
应用浙江省高校大学生创业意愿调查数据,利用因子分析法对调查所涉及的19个创业意愿影响指标进行降维,将其归纳为六个主因子,贡献率达57.36%。之后对变量进行Logistic回归分析。结果表明:学校教育资源因子、创业准备程度因子、创业环境因子、学院态度因子四个影响因子对大学生创业意愿影响显著,且与大学生创业意愿呈正相关。以此构建激活高校大学生创业意愿的建议对策。
Based on the survey data on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness in Zhejiang Province, this paper reduces the dimensions of nineteen indicators affecting entrepreneurial intention involved in the investigation by using factor analysis method. The dimensions of nineteen indicators of entrepreneurial intention are summed up into six main factors with the contribution rate reaching up to 57.36%. Then the variables are analyzed by logistic regression. The results show that the four factors have signifcant infuence on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness in regarding to the factors of school education resources, entrepreneurial readiness, entrepreneurial environment and attitude of college, and that there is a positive correlation between them. In accordance with the analysis results of the infuencing factors, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to activate college students’ entrepreneurial willingness and to relieve employment pressure.
