摘要
目的分析硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦对老年2型糖尿病肾病(DN)合并高血压患者血压水平及肾功能的影响。方法将81例老年2型DN合并高血压患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组41例给予硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血压水平及肾功能指标变化。结果两组患者治疗后的血压水平均得到控制,而且观察组明显低于对照组,同时也降低了UAER、SCr水平,提高HbAlc水平,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗能明显改善老年2型DN合并高血压患者的肾功能和血压水平,且安全性高。
Objective To analyze the effect of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets combined with valsartan on the improvement of blood pressure and renal function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy （DN） combined with hypertension. Methods According to the random number table method,81 elderly patients with type 2 DN and hypertension were divided into 2 groups,40 cases in the control group were treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets,and 41 cases in the observation group were treated with valsartan.The changes of blood pressure and renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results The level of blood pressure control in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of UAER,SCr and HbAlc were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions was（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets and Valsartan in the treatment of senile type 2 DN combined hypertension has a significant effect on depressurization and protection of kidney function,with high safety.
