摘要
充分发挥"多规合一"在区域空间规划的引导作用已经成为近几年来的一个社会共识。文章以城市测绘地理信息数据为基础,融合各项规划专题数据,搭建"多规合一"云平台,研究在开发区范围内以测绘地理信息为基础,运用GIS技术整合数据,分析规划成果,将国民经济和社会发展规划、城乡规划、土地利用总体规划等进行有效衔接与协调,科学划定控制边界;建设信息平台,实现"多规"协调工作机制,推进部门联动管理,提高行政审批效率,促进社会经济的发展。
In recent years, it has become a common social consensus to give full play to the guiding role of ＂integration of mul-tiple rules and regulations＂ in regional spatial planning. Based on the geographic information data of urban surveying and mapping,the paper fuses all kinds of planning thematic data, builds the cloud platform of ＂integration of multiple rules and regulations＂, stud-ies on the basis of surveying and mapping geographic information in the scope of the development zone, uses GIS technology to inte-grate the data, and analyzes the planning results. We will effectively link and coordinate national economic and social developmentplans, urban and rural plans, and overall land use plans, scientifically delimit control boundaries, build an information platform, real-izea ＂multi-planning＂ coordination working mechanism, and promote departmental linkage management, so as to improve the efficien-cy of administrative examination and approval, and promote social and economic development.
