摘要
一流师资队伍建设是高职院校内涵建设的关键因素,尤其在"双高"建设背景下,一流师资队伍建设显得尤为重要。结合渤海船舶职业学院实际,充分论述"双高"建设背景下高职院校建设一流师资队伍的必要性和紧迫性,分析一流师资队伍建设存在的差距,探究"双高"建设背景下一流师资队伍建设的举措。
The construction of first-class teaching staff is the key factor in the connotation construction ofhigher vocational colleges. Especially under the background of “double high” construction, the construction offirst -class teaching staff is particularly important. Combined with the actual situation of Bohai ShipbuildingVocational College, the paper fully discusses the necessity and urgency of building first-class teaching staff inhigher vocational colleges under the background of ＂ double high＂ construction, analyzes the gaps in theconstruction of first-class teaching staff, and explores the construction measures of first-class teaching staff underthe background of ＂ double high＂ construction.
