摘要
桂北传统山地聚落是特定自然环境、社会经济和文化习俗等要素共同作用的结果,承载着重要的历史信息和地域文化价值。然而,面对快速城镇化带来的聚落人口流失、农业产业凋敝、场所空间及活力衰退等外部冲击,以及聚落自身规模小、分布散、设施差等内部制约的共同影响,桂北传统山地聚落正面临生存与发展的危机。通过田野调查及实证研究,在分析桂北传统山地聚落保护与发展的必要性及可行性基础上,结合桂林市资源县河口乡楠木湾传统山地聚落保护与发展的典型实例,提出整体性的保护与发展方法。从城乡差异互动的宏观层面,审视聚落价值,确定保护目标;从村与村协同发展的中观层面,整合聚落资源,定位差异特色;从各聚落整体发展的微观层面,细化具体措施,落实发展基础。
Shaped by a series of key factors including geographic, social, economic and cultural, the traditional mountain settlements in the Northern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region serve as carriers of important historical information and regional cultural values. These settlements, however, are currently confronted with critical future-determining challenges due to a series of factors both external （mostly urbanization-driven, e.g., population loss, agricultural downturn and space deterioration） and internal （mostly resulting from natural or historical causes, e.g., limited settlement sizes, scattered distribution and out-of-date facilities in poor condition）. Based on a review of the necessity and feasibility of action as well as fndings from feld investigations and case study of Nanmuwan village, holistic conservation and development solutions at three levels are proposed. At the macro level of city-settlement interaction, the settlements are proposed to be intensively evaluated and conservation goals to be unambiguously established. At the intermediate level of settlements＇ coordination and co-development, resource integration and feature diferentiation among settlements are suggested. At the micro level of individual settlement development, detailed instructions and planning are enlisted for efective policy implementation and as solid ground work for future development.
