摘要
随着新型城镇化逐步走向以产业互动、生态宜居等为特征的城乡一体化发展战略,特色小城镇成为政府、市场、学界眼中的宠儿。量产模式下,特色小城镇实际品质有待评判。本文以2017年春节期间,腾讯位置服务所提供的用户数据为基础,选取我国东部9个特色小城镇,构建IFSS四度模型,从强度、频度、广度及稳度四个维度进行活力评价。结合实际分析认为,四度指标随发展阶段的演进而逐步提升、稳定。本文旨在为特色小城镇自我诊断与对标纠偏扩展思路,也有助于对特色小城镇发展状态形成清晰认识。
Characteristic town has become the favorite of the government, the market and academia along with new-type urbanization gradually changes into urban-rural integration strategy which is characterized by industrial interaction and ecological livability. Under the mass production mode, the actual quality of characteristic town remains to be judged. This thesis is based on the user data provided by Tencent Location Service during the Spring Festival of 2017, selecting nine characteristic towns in the eastern part of China, which are measured by the IFSS fourth-degree model, including intensity, frequency, span and stabilization evaluation. According to a comprehensive analysis, the fourth-degree indicator gradually improves and stabilizes with the evolution of the development stage. This paper is to expand the thinking of self-diagnosis and bench marking deviation, and also to help to form a clear understanding of the development status of characteristic town.
